So as i've said before, I've decided to do a 30 day abs challenge because my tummy is a leetle bit on the flabby side and having toned core muscles also helps with your posture and balance, as well as decreasing the likelihood of injury.
I've been doing sit ups, planks, leg raises and crunches, increasing the amount or time (for planks) everyday (or very nearly everyday).

And just to give myself some extra encouragement I decided to make a parfait using Yeo Valley yoghurt, granola and raspberries. :)
Admittedly it does not look spectacular but i can guarantee that it tasted good - and that's the main thing!
